Keeping your windshield clear of water requires a number of moving parts. The windshield wiper arms, wiper motor and blades all work together to keep your vision clear. A wiper arm that's been bent will not move smoothly or evenly across the glass, leaving streaks that make navigating down the road difficult. A replacement wiper motor will get your wiper blades up and moving again. You'll be able to find motors for almost any vehicle's wiper system. Stop by Sears to shop for all your wiper parts and make handling the elements easier.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

They are kind of like underwear just keep turning them inside out and they will last you forever.
Lol??
Just wondering if the rubber/material would go bad if I just store them away (and if so, how much over how long). Some manufacturers use cheap stuff. I've never bought/used WIndex brand, so I don't know.

from with windex wiper site (link above), seems that:
distinct is all-season use and has an open frame
balance is "premium performance" and has closed frame
exceptional is "ultimate performance" also closed frame

people who get much snow might go more for the closed frames?

A pair should last you for at least a year, regardless of conditions. Usually, they last longer than that, so a pair should be fine

Yeah, the open frames get snow and ice in them causing them not to confirm well to your window. Thx OP, passenger blade ripped just yesterday.

If they aren't stored in someplace that isn't climate controlled (like a shed) and don't get direct sunlight, they will last a really long time. I cleared out Rock Auto once and purchased 4 sets for my 2 cars, and they all worked fine.

These Windex blades blow. Rain-X and Valeo will probably last a year or so. On one of my cars, the Windex blades can't handle the shape of the windshield on day 1.

Is that possible ... I know mine make noise but they just got folded on the crease.

correct closed frames for snow or all the ice gets stuck on the blade frame. it sucks to get off

bought these last time and hate them, they constantly squeak and do fully clear my windshield.

plus these are this price every few months so not really a "Sale price"
