Stuck on the Windows 7 logo. Help?

xxxHolic 31,479 5,560 January 17, 2016 at 03:37 PM
Hey guys, my problem is that after I shut down my computer last night and turn it on in the morning. It will always get stuck on the Windows 7 logo.
I have tried to press F8, it doesn't do anything. For some reason, it bypass the system check and goes straight to the Windows 7 logo???
Because I cannot get into Safe Mode, I don't know what to do next.
Help please?

I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

UEFI may not be accessible during boot if secure boot is enabled.

Try holding CTRL instead of F8. Try putting a windows 7 dvd in the computer and pushing the key for the boot menu.

Does the windows logo animation work or is it static?

Okay, I am able to get in Safe Mode.
Now, stuck on this screen. See the picture.

Btw, the windows logo is animation.

do a chkdsk /f
use your disk and choose startup repair and try that way or go to command prompt and try that

link deleted, this one i thought was 7PE.
use isotousb to write into USB, download at isotousb.com
then choose boot from that USB

HDD or SSD? if HDD LED is solid for minutes, the disk very likely has problem, chkdsk won't help. HDD is easier to fix bad sectors

~~~~~~~
try the hard drive's factory bootable diagnosis tool. it may cause data lost
I boot the Windows 7 Repair Disc. It shows: "Windows is loading files"
And then the black screen with the mouse cursor. Stuck there forever.
