Maybe your wireless is not being broadcast now. You could check that. Even if it isn't being broadcast you can manually enter the SSID and Password.

What model router do you have?
What model Dell laptop do you have?

Is it possible your new laptop only has a 5GHz wireless card and your router only broadcasts on the 2.4GHz frequency?

After ordering a deal immediately delete your deal alert. You got your item; you don't want it shipped with a side of remorse.

My suspicion, unless OP has SSID broadcasting off (turned it off after other devices connected and now new device doesn't see it).

Try and connect to a public or friends wi-fi if possible. If you can, then its on the router side probably.
