In the process of doing a new build, hear good things about the r4 and r5... also looking at Corsair C70. Doesn't seem like a low enough price vs the improvements in the r5 for only a few dollars more? Thanks for posting!

This should go FP, for $75 and for windowed version.

you guys are blind if you think this is worth buying when the R5 /w window is available for 90 out the door. sure no rebate but it's just generally a better case in every aspect

that's what I said, wondering if it was even worth it to save $10 ($15 with rebate), when you can just get an R5.

I've got this this case. Its a good case, especially for $75. There's a good amount of room for cable management and its damn near silent. I only have three gripes with it though:

1) The door isn't reversible. For me it opens the wrong way. Not a huge deal, but it'd be nice if you could change it.

2) The SSD mounts on the back of the mobo tray are nice except for the fact that you have to remove the mobo in order to install/remove the SSDs.

3) You can't install a 280mm radiator easily. I managed to get one in mine, but it required some modifications. https://m.imgur.com/a/285L7

Over all though, it's worth the $75. The R5 fixes these issues though, so if you want to go that route it might be better.

This case is a big box. It's well built, but it's huge. Therefore, not worth it.

I doubt that this is an ATX case.

the ssd's can easily be installed with some Velcro tape. no way am I disassembling the pc to add or remove a ssd.

r5 is an improvement but r4 is a solid case and a viable choice for less $

What did they change when they designed the R5?

The R5's door is reversible, the SSD mounts on the back of the mobo tray is easier to use, the moduvent covers are better, and it comes with newer Silent Series R3 fans.

You can also just install the SSD in the hard drive racks. That's what I did since I only have 3 drives total(I took out the middle rack to improve airflow).

I believe the bottom dust filter pulls out from the from in the R5 instead from the back like in the R4.
