Wow what a deal, just picked up 1 for $21.63, I had it reposted on a local site and sold it for $40. I will always take a profit that easy. TYSM

Shark is a junk company IMO. But at $20, it is a disposable item and you cannot be upset if it breaks.

I've had a shark battery vacuum for light vacuuming, 2 steam mops, and a shark sonic duo. The first steam mop was the only one that lasted more than 2 years before it died. The thing with Shark is this: even if your item is under warranty, they make you pay to ship the defective unit back to them, and then pay for them to ship you a new unit. Complete and total crock of horse ####. So when my Sonic Duo died after less than 10 uses (spray motor died), it cost me $60 in shipping fees to get it replaced.

Embarrassed to say I bought 1. Nice deal considering what these things usually cost.

I think this is dead. Message below. Great deal even if it breaks in a few years

For all of you guys having trouble checking out, try to order it using your phone. I think the Macy's website itself is having issues (I was getting stuck at a perpetual "Please Wait....Loading.") Tried to order it on my phone and there were no problems at all.

Hope this helps!
