Can anyone give their experience with Rakuten because all I see online other than on their own site are horrendous reviews about wrong orders terrible service and no responses. Before I order this I want to make sure it isn't a scam or something.

Rakuten used to be buy.com I believe. have ordered a few games from them with no issues.
