I used golddealer.com. Buy whatever is closest to spot price. I suggest AGE (22k) or Buffaloes (24k) or Maple Leafs (24k). You will always pay a small premium. Important thing is get something well known so there is no issue when you go to sell it.

Do NOT get suckered into buying gold or silver "collectible" coins. You will lose money, 100% chance. Buy bullion ONLY.

I like APMEX.com [apmex.com] They make easy to see what you are paying over spot and compare prices.

I've bought @ APMEX and ebay (private sellers as well as some big sellers like APMEX also sells on ebay).

you will find that CC pricing is very transparent.... except for ebay where the prices are the same.

Rarely is APMEX the cheapest.....

It varies depending on vendor.... go to www.comparegoldprices.com and www.comparesilverprices.com

I have a feeling that all these low post-count (new accounts), with broken English responses on this thread are shills that are paid by Golddealer to push their products. I think my opinion of golddealer just went down. Sad.

Golddealer.com is not up to par with the rest. You have to call to lock in price and wire the money so payment options are limited. They are also known as California Numismatic. I'd rather buy a Hershey bar.
