To me that looks like a temporary website glitch.

Windows update has gotten pretty good at finding drivers.

Try the ethernet port if it has one and let windows find the driver. Also, open device manager and find model of wifi card, search for drivers that way.

Go to Device Manager, and right click on the network adapter you don't have drivers for. Choose "properties", then click on the "Details" tab. On the pull-down menu choose "hardware ids" - you should get two or three lines of data that looks like this: UMB\VEN_0BD5&DEV_0002&REV_01

Right click on the first line and choose "copy", then paste that into a search box. You should find a bunch of different sites that have potential drivers for the hardware ID. My advice is to avoid the driver specific sites. Since a lot of network and other hardware are components shared by many manufacturers, look for drivers for that hardware ID from known computer manufacturers like Dell, Lenovo, or HP. You can safely download their drivers, run them, and see if they work for your device.
