hi SDers.
we are 3 girls going to las vegas end of FEB.we will be staying at the Wynn. We want to see the show "O".
Now the questions:
we are all going for the 1st time and wanted to know advices / tips / dos and donts etc
Is there any way to get cheaper tickets for the better seats at O?
I see a whole bunch of groupons for LV, but then i am not sure of the locations we should avoid etc.

Do you know of any good deals that we can use during our trip?

thanks ..

check out vegas.com and travelvegas.com

Looks like there are some good deals on other cirque soleil shows but not on the O show. starting at 98 per ticket.
I always found it cheapest to ask the hotel to hook me up which is they usually telling me to go purchase tickets 2 for 1 in person.

If there are groupons for what you want then go for it.

And you will most likely be better off asking on tripadvisor.

Look up how to get comped even if all you intend to do is use the slot machines. The Wynn has a Red Card you can sign up for: https://reservations.wynnlasvegas...1415293014

The safest and most interesting thing to do is visit other hotels, browse their shops, people watch, and enjoy the entertainment each one offers whether its amusement rides or animals. Vegas is like NY, cabs come and go every few seconds so don't go out walking down the strip much if you don't have to.

Here's the freebies: http://www.off2vegas.com/freestuff.html

Be smart with money and valuables. Every time you leave your room, deposit any items of value in the safe at the hotel's front desk. It's free and you wont have to worry about staff pocketing anything when they "clean" your room. For quality photos, take a digital camera. The lighting from the hotels, especially at night, can mess things up. Take a swimsuit if you intend to swim. And most importantly, have fun! Whee

When I go to Vegas, I'm gonna try to hit everything on the free list. Are the bathrooms free?

Why would you have to pay for a bathroom? laugh out loud The only thing that sucks is that you can't swim in the pool of a hotel you aren't staying at. You can try... but it can get ugly.
