OP is incorrect concerning SASE. Please read the following from their website:

*Entrants with addresses in the following states (and D.C.) may only use codes that are
found inside specially-marked 12-pack bottle packages of Miller High Life or Online Codes
(maximum one [1] Online Code per participant per Request Period), while supplies last:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia,
Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi,
Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota,
Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington,
Wisconsin, and Wyoming
. Entrants residing in these states (and DC) are not eligible to send Mail-In Requests (as defined below).

Yes, all you need to do is mail in a single SASE to the address provided in the rules (provided you live in AMOE state) hug

Believe they send you a set of 5.

Cool. But I'm seeing it say: full name, valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 31⁄2”x5” card (“Mail-In Request”) and mail it with sufficient postage to: Miller High Life® T-Shirt Merchandise Offer 2016, P.O. Box 410, Southfield, MI 48037. An eligible participant will receive five (5) unique codes for a valid Mail-In Request.

So no sase?

Think sufficient postage means SASE??? Unsure it means on original envelope. Not sure I would risk it., give them an excuse not to send it back.

Thanks for the post! It doesn't say to include SASE, so I'm gonna risk not sending an SASE with my request. Mailing it tomorrow.

Usually they say it needs to be sase... Seems in this case the codes would be emailed to you.

Residents of CA, TX, and VA will be required to make a payment of $1 on his/her credit card to receive a T-Shirt. "PL/MHL T-Shirt Offer" will appear on the consumer's credit card statement. Payment is final and non-refundable

Not really free for these states, but good promo to be aware of if you bought 5 -10 packs of miller.
