Business computers

I own a small business with just a few employees, and it's time to replace the computers. Can someone tell me why business computers are so much more expensive, and is there any real benefit to them over a personal pc?

Office staff will mostly be running Office 365 and web-based programs, and will be on them all day. Am I correct in thinking that an i3 will suffice? Or should I go with i5 minimum? I want them to last at least a few years before I need to replace them again.

Thanks for your opinions.

I would go with i5.
from what I see Business computers cost more because they usually come with a longer warranty and better customer service. But that's it.

What are the specs of the current computers you use today?

Dual monitors might give you a boost in productivity.

Some studies say yes . some say no. But I tend to lean toward dual monitors really help me be more efficient.

I'm not even sure what they are now, except old and cheap. They are at least 4 or more years old so past their useful life. Thanks for your opinion. Now I just need to find a good deal on some desktops.
