I am considering one of these. anybody have input? currently have a Note 4, but may be ready for a change. ( although I'm waiting impatiently for a US release of a 7 or 8 inch phone with good specs)

The price was there on the end of the title. Now I edited it to be up front. Thanks

Great deal nonetheless, but was hoping for a microSD slot. Specs don't list one.

I bought this for my wife for black Friday at $200 - $25 credit card refund = $175. Well worth it for that price. At $250 it's still OK.

as noted in the review that was linked, the camera is quite disappointing. Also there are some issues with the "back" button, you have to press it on the exact right spot for it to register, so sometimes you end up having to try pressing "back" multiple times. other than that, not bad for what I paid for it (around $200 on Black Friday) but I already have an inkling to upgrade, mainly due to the poor camera

You asked ... I had the original ZMax that was unlocked. The screen went bad. Sent it in for replacement. ZTE sent me a hard locked unit where I could use a code I bought on eBay to unlock. They would not do anything else for me. Don't expect any kind of service from ZTE.
