New free service from Amazon. Might not be hot deal but really slick for those creating games.

Amazon Lumberyard [amazon.com] is a free, cross-platform, 3D game engine for you to create the highest-quality games, connect your games to the vast compute and storage of the AWS Cloud, and engage fans on Twitch.
By starting game projects with Lumberyard, you can spend more of your time creating great gameplay and building communities of fans, and less time on the undifferentiated heavy lifting of building a game engine and managing server infrastructure.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

In related news (but is off-topic from deals): I learned about Lumberyard's release three days ago because according to Lumberyard's service terms, Amazon will waive game engine restrictions in the event of a zombie outbreak [theverge.com]. That's right - if there's a zombie outbreak, you can use this game engine to wage warfare, including "aircraft or air traffic control, nuclear facilities, manned spacecraft, [and] military use in connection with live combat."

Don't forget, prepare for the zombie apocalypse at Amazon's Zombie Protection Store [amazon.com].
