Yes this is 24 8 oz. bottles of imitation vanilla for $23.52

This is not for the super chef. I can't taste the difference in baked goods.

It has been $33 for a long time. If you have a friend you could split the order.

Unless finances are an issue, I agree.

I use pure vanilla extract, and also have vanilla beans on hand for special occasions (I use Rodelle [rodellekitchen.com], for those who are curious).

If you have access to a Costco Wholesale location, a 16-ounce bottle of Kirkland Signature - that's Costco's store brand - Pure Vanilla Extract is sold at the regular price of $6 to $7, depending on the location. (Update: It seems like some locations have these for up to $9.)

I think it's up to 9 here. It will last years though. For the few out there with an allergy to vanilla, at least we have imitation.

I get a 16 oz bottle for around $6.75 at Woodmans. A little dash in my coffee grounds every morning, yum.

I like Penzeys for beans (very fresh), but their extract is somewhat expensive. Costco is my go-to.

This is an incredible price for this though, $20 with 15% S&S discount. Wow. I'm tempted, even though the reviews on the listing don't seem to match the item (all mention real vanilla extract). I do a lot of baking.

I will put a hold on my amazon buy and try the kirkland since you guys recommend it highly. I might be able to use a 10% coupon Jet.com gave to early adopters. Thanks for the suggestions.
