Nice i purchased 2 of these when it was $169. The units i got were used but were in pretty good condition. I am not sure if it unlocked since i am on T-Mobile. If you return a phone from ebay sellers make sure you read ebays return policy and sellers return policy as there is a time limit. Some of these ebay phone sellers have reviews of people sending phones back and not being credited.

So I guess it is hit and miss on what condition you end up getting. By the way, in the listing it says:

"Cellular Bands: This device is locked, being sold exclusively for use with T-Mobile."

So it's locked to T-Mobile.

Price is great....even for a REFURB. Beats hands down many of the new phones around the $200 price range.

Looking new and being manufacturer refurbished are not mutually exclusive. This really isn't that hard to figure out.

I'm not arguing that point, I'm just saying that your response of "So new or manu refurb? Lol" is unwarranted. He claimed that his item looked new, and was a manufacturer refurb, and then you basically said "WHICH ONE LOL" which is.. not an intelligent response as it can be both. Whether or not it is both, I'm not making a statement on.
