Vegas

Every year 3 friend and I make our trip to Vegas in September, thus year it was be the September 16-18.
We always run into the same problem, when to book the hotel. Is there a time of the year where there is a Sale on hotels, is it cheaper to book hotel and flight together? What's the best website to book on? Basically any Vegas booking tips will help

Thanks

Change your dates and stay sunday night to thrusday night instead of over the weekend to avoid crazy hotel prices.

It's near impossible to book a stay in Vegas when there isn't a convention, but your best bet is to find when the least amount of convention attendees are descending on Vegas. More convention attendees= much higher hotel prices.

I doubt your best deal would be combining airfare+hotel. Do your research by executing some hotel searches on places like orbitz or other sites, make your stay dates flexible so you can get an idea.

Basic strategy: Airfare searches usually are cheapest on Tuesdays, and hotel stays are usually cheapest as stated by the previous poster, Sunday through Thursday, and the further from the center of the strip(think Flamingo/Bellagio) the cheaper the room.

Your best prices are going to be found directly through the respective airline and hotel, almost always. The travel search sites always get a booking fee, although it may only be a couple dollars.

That is, doing your search on a Tuesday, not searching to fly on a Tuesday.

also, this might help:
