Is this an okay price for Michelin Premier A/S tires?

So, my car is due for new tires (they're at the 3 number). Although I live in California, I will be in Wisconsin for one year and I don't want to die while driving in the snowy weather. It'll be city driving. I also drive a Sonata. I read that these tires do pretty well in all weathers.

I've had good experience with America's Tire in the past, so I was shopping their store. For four tires, the quote comes like so:

205 /65 R16 95H SL BSW
$120.00 x 4 tires = $480.00

This Michelin tire qualifies for:
$70 Visa Prepaid Card Mail-in Rebate on a Set of Four (Details) Mail-In

Environmental Fee (State Required) $7.00
Tire Disposal Fee $8.00
Installation & Lifetime Spin Balancing $64.00
(4) TPMS Rebuild Kit $28.00
CA 9.00% Sales Tax $46.44
Total "Out the Door" Price $633.44

Reasonable price?

Looks about right.

I don't much care for the way places want to address tpms. I don't want a rebuild; when it is time, I want new tpms at a low installed cost. I've gotten the impression that Costco does it fairly well, so I'll likely go there when I get ready for tires on the 2008.

Costco is a safe choice. Prices are kind of middle-of-the-road but I have been very happy with their service and they have the best warranty service I have ever experienced.
