The 65" JS8500 is back to the sale price of $1999 at most retailers, including Amazon [amazon.com] and Best Buy [bestbuy.com].

Some have reported being able to use the Best Buy mover's coupon on TVs, so that's a possibility for another 10% off, but huge YMMV.

Not as good as the Buydig deal the last couple of weekends that had this at $1799, but if you're looking at this, you probably missed that.

Yes this TV has HDR. Bought this from Amazon the last time a few weeks ago and had them price match Samsung EPP of $1699.99. Had some Amazon gift cards to use so it worked out perfect. Also purchased the 5 year square trade tv warranty on Amazon for $150. Very happy with the UN65JS8500. No blue corners or light bleed others were saying. Attached some pictures, I use this as my computer monitor wall mounted.

I agree. These are now last years models as the new ones are coming out soon. These prices will dropped quite a bit soon.

My concern with this model is the reports of bleeding. Hopefully these manufacturers can get control of this problem as so many have it. I'll keep using my plasma until they do.....

While it does meet HDR in some ways it is not a full HDR equipped TV. This will require 1000 nits and this unit is only about half that. Decent price for a good unit but I would spend a few hundred more and get a better set or wait and get a more capable set Wink
