Sears is offering the Craftsman 3 pc. Pry Bar Set in Tray [sears.com] for $19.99. Select in-store pickup, or shipping is free w/$35 purchase.

I bought this set the last time it was at this price (8/2015), and this set seems a lot heavier than its advertised 3.65lbs. They feel great in hand, and so far in my limited uses, shows to be of excellent quality for the price. And before anyone starts yappin' about Craftsman China-made stuff, this set is still made in the good ole USA.

That's funny. When I did my pre-post search, the only posts that showed up was the "popular deal" back in August and one in 2014. Ah well. The thread will die on it's own.

Pressing in brake calipers, checking suspension parts for play, anywhere you need leverage to separate or move parts.

I bought these 3 years ago thinking they might be useful. I was surprised how useful they are and find myself using them way more than I thought I would. Just ordered 2 more sets for my sons. Wouldn't be without them.

You never know when you might need something to provide leverage. I just used mine 2 weeks ago to twist the light bulb holder on a Honda Accord, so I could replace the front light that went bad. I tried everything to reach in and turn it open to no avail - including destroying my wife's rubber jar opener (it was a recommendation on youtube). The length and angle was perfect. About 25 minutes trying by hand and less than 5 minutes with the pry bar that finally worked. The handle and bars themselves are well made. You never know when you might find it useful, but when you do...it is a time saver.

Great pry bars, I use mine almost daily. Heavy duty hand tools.

I use the middle sized one on a lot of things at work. The small one always seems too small, and the big one is overkill 95% of the time.
