Bought mine just the other day for $10 more to go along with the recent FP deal for the RCA Compact Outdoor Yagi HDTV Antenna. Going to have Amazon price adjust. Get them now in preparation for XBox's confirmed DVR feature to come out sometime early this year.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

For the right person, this is a great product. I highly recommend it for fellow cord cutters.

I can finally pause live TV. Great for sports when the baby left your sight or nature calls. No more waiting for a commercial break. Even better with the kinect because I can just say "xbox pause" while on my way out of the room.

I programmed the settings to turn on and off the TV AND soundbar depending on the state of my xbox as well as defaulting to the TV when powered on. It makes powering up the controller seem so much more powerful.

I could download a TV guide app on my phone but im lazy. Having everything in one place is the bee's knees. And the guide and channel changing is snappy. I can even say "xbox, watch CBS" and it will change the channel (kinect needed again). You can even use your phone or tablet via the smartglass app to change channels.

"xbox, volume up/ down" changes the volume on my sony sound bar which is connected to my TV via optical cable out. I can't figure out why that works. Out of the box it steps the volume up or down 3 bars at a time and even that is adjustable. It would be great if I could say "xbox, volume loud/quiet" and have it go to a preset volume.

I can watch TV from my iPad by using Xbox smartglass to turn on my xbox remotely and watching TV remotely right on my iPad. I have one TV in the house by design and this allows me to cheat a little lol. I can now watch TV while doing the dishes. Only downside is that it simply mirrors what's on my TV so the xbox is actively displaying that channel to the TV as well. But again, that's all I need.

I can snap TV while playing a game. Great for playing a casual game while watching the game.

I can use the headphones attached to my controller to listen to TV. Great for those with people trying to sleep.

I even say for some odd reason it picks up channels better. I couldn't get ABC without adjusting my antenna a little and then adjusting it back to get the other channels. It was really annoying. No adjusting with this thing. Same antenna and same positioning. I don't even know why that is!

My only con is that there is a very slightly longer delay in real time viewing. I'm talking half a second difference so it's not even a factor to me.

All that and because its usb, that still allows you to run something through the HDMI port. I have yet to do that but I see the HDMI option in the guide.

I think it's great for someone like me. 36, kids, high tech but not heavy on TV programming or multiple TV's. This is a happy medium to make OTA that much more exciting. I'm actually watching more PBS because I have the guide right there for me and i'm not just flipping through channels. The xbox really feels like that central hub with this option for cable cutters of course. Worth the $60 to me and $50 even more so. DVR possibly coming this year is the icing on the deal. Who needs cable? lol

I wish you could set reminders for shows. Maybe that would be bundled in with the DVR feature. It's going to be really great when DVR hits.

oh, maybe it's time to sell mine. I have 2 950q's from way back when the nero sales with the 950q and the MCE remote / receiver deal was going on.

Good deal.. it has not gone lower than this and it's been a minute since it's been on sale.

Use my tuner everyday.. can't wait for the DVR feature to go live.

Yes, it's been announced for release sometime in 2016. You will need a dedicated hard drive to use it.

Does anybody have any newer information relating to the progress of DVR or specifically when it will be released?

I have been using my tuner for a month or so now. The tuner doesn't appear to work as well as the tuner in my Vizio, though that should be expected. I also seem to get some audio cutting out at times (like every minute it cuts out for a second. I have not figured out a way to get rid of that reliably. I have also noticed a few users who had similar issues. I was able to get rid of it before once though rebooting/closing the app/unplugging the USB/not sure what else. This issue does NOT appear to be related to signal strength (before anyone says it).

Really hope a dual tuner is released when DVR functions come to the One. Waiting to hear on the details before biting!

I have one for my xbox one and love it. anyone use it on a Windows 10pc? I have an Alienware alpha I got when they were $190 on Amazon, and this would be the cherry on top of I could get it working as a dvr on that device. thanks in advance!!!

Great addition to the xbox. Had it for several months and it's been great. Can't wait for the full DVR release.

Grabbed one also. I was looking at dumping Comcast cable and using just their Internet since I pickd up an Xbox and it is always on.

I love mine. The one I have actually works better than the tuner on my Vizio tv. I cannot wait until we get the DVR function though!
