I need a image of a MGS:5PP receipt for PS4 If possible
I am currently overseas. I received a copy of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom pain for Christmas for PS4. I did not play it at the time. About 2 weeks ago I tried to play it for the first time and it does not load to the main menu. So, I tried it on a buddies PS4 out here and found out it does not work on his either. I had my family make contact with the seller of the game and since it is 30 days from the purchase they refuse to do anything. My brother no longer has the receipt.The game loads to the main menu on both of them and then gets the same error about it being corrupt data please delete the game and reinstall. So I have come to the conclusion the disc is defective. I can connect to the internet with my ps4 if I need to. But this was all done offline. I downloaded the latest patch for it at home and it didn't work. Then I deleted the game data and tried from scratch and still didn't work. So I am fairly sure it is the disc itself. Needless to say customer service tells me it is because of where I am and not the disk. Finally they won't help me without an image of the receipt.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
