When You use DPA (Dell Preffered Account} You will get additional $20.00 off. Also You can use one gift card + DPA by checking out online, and still get those $20.00 off.

Use this cable for mounting a standard SATA drive inside the case (in place of the original m.2 SSD stick):

Add a SATA SSD: Dell SATA cable P/N is HM06J [atxgeek.me]

Dell doesn't seem to carry above part. Easiest way to get compatible SATA cable is to search FleaBay for "HP Envy DW17", about $14 shipped from a US seller.

After a long chat, I was able to order the HM06J cable from Dell for $1.99. They tried to tell me that the cable could not be ordered but I explained that the computer would not work for my needs without additional hard drive space.

Last I checked phones don't have ethernet ports, full size SSD, a full size keyboard and mouse, dual display support, four usb ports and a windows 10 license....I can buy this, throw ubuntu on it and it will run 100x faster than any raspberry pi based server...use it for three years and sell it on eBay for $40....lets see your $30 android phone do that. This is a great product at this price point.
? ? ? ? ...?

Nevermind.

Probably a perfect little machine for everyday email/solitaire usage...Might want to update the specs in your listing OP. This has wireless AC per the product page not wireless N. A nicely welcomed bonus! I wish Discover Deals still had 5% off Dell.com...would have loved to get this machine for $67 all said and done. (double cash back first year)

I actually had couple of this kind of machines putting on our dining table to watch some shows and video during our dinner for years.

eventually I decided that f the machine is too slow, it's just not worth it and it serve no purpose and it's better to get a better laptop with a bigger monitor.

it also doesn't serve the purpose of connecting to a TV screen now because there are many box options out there.

in short, this type of machines are outdated and it's functions are being replaced by many other things now.

Seriously though... I think the point of this firesale from Dell's point of view is to dump supplies of an unwanted unit. Loading it up with 4-8GB RAM won't help them keep the cutrate price at rock bottom, which is the ONLY thing prospective buys of this POS cpu care about. Anyone picking this up is basically looking for an internet appliance or a print server.
