Not always.. but sometimes. I have bought various K&H products over the past few years -- actually, I have way too many of them seeing as I have only 1 cat!

The truth is my cat LOVEs these. Except then for a while, he loses interest and decides he likes to sleep somewhere else. But eventually he goes back to using one again. This is not a problem with the cat bed. It's a problem with the cat. What can you do? [Obviously, I'm joking here. Yes, these are great products, and this is a good price. What your cat thinks -- well, that's up to the cat]

And, if you see negative reviews, they are mostly from people who don't understand that these are intentionally designed to be low-power heating pads -- they are not the same as the kind you put on your neck if you have a pain. These provide gentle warmth to the bed, and, yes, cats appreciate it.

Sold. I missed it the last two times. I've got two arthritic cats, hopefully at least one of them will make use of it.

These don't run that big. My 12-lb cat fits in it pretty snugly, but he doesn't mind. It's a pretty nice bed with a removable cover and doesn't use up too much electricity when you keep it plugged in 24/7.

Seems good.
But cats won't know if its too warm to be safe.
Like an electric blanket that is set too hot.

I'm scared that if I get one, my cat wont sleep next to me on the bed anymore. Decisions, decisions...
