Soy Milk Maker

Hi all.

No budget I just don't want to pay retail. After researching it appears Amazon has tons of fake reviews. The real ones point out poor reliability and issues with actually making soy milk as good as a blender and pot. I want to make hopefully near 64oz at a time and need a end user recommendation that's honest and real.

I would like a filterless one but if one with a filter is better I will deal with the filter cleaning. I plan to strain through a nut bag already regardless. I would like stainless steel. I would like a good result with dry beans for convenience but if I have to soak the beans I will.

Has the capacity I want. The lowest review notes all the 5 stars were from accounts made sane day as review so fake. Also goes over how it does not actually work or made by presto. Than after his review they changed the brand to presto pure.

Seemed to be a good middle ground larger capacity 1.7l and no filter to clean. This is the one with a review of your blender works better though. Also it dies not go lower than msrp by much lowest was 120 i think and it is normally 140. If someone tells me its worth it I'm in though and will be checking the price for a drop.

Been looking at this one. Most expensive but the blender part is supposed to be so good you can drink the milk directly from the maker. The capacity is 1.3l so I would need to make twice in a row or make often. If it really is as good as all the 5 stars I will be fine with it. I do worry about more wear and tear from making so often though.

I have this one:

I have had it since May 2014, during which time it has seen lighter and heavier periods of use. It still works great - I am very careful when I clean it, and clean it right away, before I am even done straining the soy milk, so that it is easy to clean. I did a lot of research before buying it, but I can't tell you now what it was that made me choose this one over the others, sorry.

Here's a link to my review on Amazon. :-)

Edit to add: I just noticed my review doesn't mention how long the soy milk maker takes to make the milk - it is about 24-26 minutes from pressing the start button until it beeps to let you know it is done (and keeps beeping until you unplug it, which is both useful and annoying, haha).
