Red Robin Bracket Challenge $1,000,000 3/17/16
Challenge registration begins at 12:00 am EST on 3/1/2016 and ends at 12:00 pm EST on 3/17/2016.
Challenge is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their place of residence as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued ID, therefore entrants from all states meeting the eligibility requirements may be eligible to participate in the challenge, except where prohibited by applicable laws.

NOTE – Play-in game byes: The play-in games on 3/15/2016 and 3/16/2016 are byes, and not part of the prediction challenge.
Bracket: Once the Designated Tournament team selections have been announced on 3/13/2016 and positioned in the official bracket (the “Official Bracket”) – all registered or newly registering entrants must fully complete the provided bracket form (the “bracket”) on the Edit/Update Picks page of the Challenge Website.
Tie-Breaker: Each entrant will also be required to submit their entry of the Total Cumulative Points to be scored in the Championship Game on 4/4/2016. Any entrant who fails to complete the Total Cumulative Points ‘tie-break’ will be assigned a point total of 0 cumulative points for the Championship Game.
Save Picks: Entrants are required to click the ‘Save Picks’ button on the Challenge Website to save their bracket selections, cumulative score or updates. Any changes or entries made without clicking the ‘Save Picks’ will not be saved or recognized for this Challenge.
Team Toggle (create bracket using Red Robin menu items): The Challenge Website includes a ‘Team Toggle’ button which allows entrants the option to create their entry by selecting different Red Robin menu items. Each menu item is designated a starting slot on the bracket and represents the actual team assigned to that slot on the Official Bracket for the Designated Tournament. The menu item will remain consistent with the team assigned to that same original slot in the Official Bracket. Once the ‘Save Picks’ button is clicked, the bracket will display the team selections that were made using the Team Toggle. All results in this Challenge will be solely based on the accuracy of the prediction of the entrant’s team (or menu item representing such team) compared to the official performance of the actual teams in the Designated Tournament . The Team Toggle option is for entertainment purposes only and will have no bearing on the scoring of the Challenge.
Completed bracket entries must be received by 12:00 pm ET on 3/17/2016 in order to be eligible to participate or win any prize.
Scoring – Bracket Points: Each eligible entrant who has successfully completed the on-line registration and bracket as required by these Official Rules will receive the following points for each of the (63) games for which they have correctly determined the winning team:
1 point for each correct pick in Round 1
2 points for each correct pick in Round 2
3 points for each correct pick in Round 3
4 points for each correct pick in Round 4
5 points for each correct pick in Round 5
6 points for the correct Champion
Any incorrect entries will receive 0 points. The maximum point total for correctly determining the winning team in every game played during the Designated Tournament is 120 points. At the completion of the designated tournament, each eligible entrant bracket entry received will be compared to the Official Bracket outcome for the Designated Tournament.
Prize Awards: The following prize awards will be available to eligible entrants participating in the Challenge:
Grand Prize – Determine all (63) Games Correctly (“Perfect Bracket”): If any eligible entrant correctly determines the winners of all sixty-three (63) games in the Designated Tournament, they will win the Grand Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Grand Prize is: $1,000,000 paid out as a 40 year annuity with equal payments of $25,000 (present value annuity: $500,000). The first $25,000 will be paid within fourteen (14) days of verification of any/all winners, with each subsequent payment paid on the yearly anniversary of the first payment date. No lump sum payout will be available for award.
A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. In the event of multiple eligible and verified Grand Prize winning entries, the Grand Prize will be evenly divided between those eligible entrants who submitted a verified Grand Prize winning entry. In order for the Grand Prize to be awarded, an eligible entrant must submit an eligible entry that correctly determined the winners of all sixty-three (63) games in the Designated Tournament. If no eligible entrant correctly determines all 63 games, then the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
Runner-Up Prizes – Most Points (“Bracket Winner & 2 Runner Ups”): The (3) eligible entrants (excluding any Grand Prize winner, if any) who score the most points in the Challenge will win the Runner-Up Prizes subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Runner-Up Prizes are:
· First Place (to the highest scoring entrant, excluding any Grand Prize winners): $5,000 Cash
· Second Place (to the second highest scoring entrant, excluding any Grand Prize winners): $2,500 Cash
· Third Place (to the third highest scoring entrant, excluding any Grand Prize winners): $1,000 Cash
A maximum of three (3) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be awarded in this Challenge is $1,008,500 (present value is $508,500).
Tie Breaking Procedures: In the event of a tie among any entrants in the Runner Up prize category, the one winner for that Place prize will be determined as follows:
· Entrant who has determined closest to the actual Total Cumulative Points in the Championship game on 4/4/2016, regardless if the determination is higher or lower than the maximum point total.
· In the event of a remaining tie among any eligible entrants, the tie-breaker shall then be a random drawing conducted by the Challenge Administrator.
