Be cautious about the flapper issue. I had this toilet (TOTO CST744S ) for less than one year, and had the water leaking problem, due to the soft flapper material. check reviews from other sites, there are a lot of complaints about this flapper issue.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just looked up this toilet, and it gets the top score for flush performance [map-testing.com]: 1,000+g.

That site is a good resource to compare flush performance of various toilets.

Here's a great site with a massive database of testing, including this specific model [map-testing.com].

I have this model in the 1.28 gal/flush and ADA (which is also on sale [homeclick.com]). It's been working perfect. The extra height makes a huge difference even if you're not disabled.

Also, In my area (Southern California) there's a bunch of rebates available: $100 from the state and two $40 ones. The $100 requires at least 1.25 gal/flush (different model than front page, but also on sale) and the two $40 ones require 1.06 or something (and pre/post inspections). Details [socalwatersmart.com] for SoCal or check with your local water district.

If you're not sure about this seller, the same toilet may be available at Home Depot [homedepot.com] and Pacific Sales matched the price for me.

Was going to pulled the trigger until I saw the reviews for homeclick http://www.consumeraffairs.com/on...click.html. 1/5 stars for 51 reviews is not good.

I rather save myself the trouble. Will wait for another deal from a more reputable company.

I hear you, but I'm more willing to take a chance these days since CC protection has always taken care of me in shady situations.....especially with the free shipping and No tax in this case!!!

Any difference between a piece unit and this with 2? I heard one piece is more durable.

I just installed Niagara 0.8GPF (3LPF) toilets in both bathrooms in the house. 150$/ea. Not sure if they're better but as a 6ft person, I do feel better with my knees level to the floor than poking into my chest.
