TCL Customer Support Questions and Other Questions

I can't find much about TCL from Google searches, so I figured I'd ask here. I know they're a top brand in China, but I don't know how their service compares here in North America. I only have a couple questions that I can't quite find an answer to:

1. How is their customer support? I've heard that Vizio is very kind on the phone, but their execution of repairs/replacements is abysmal. I don't want this happening to me when I purchase a TCL TV (Which is why I'm going with a SquareTrade warranty extension for $29.99 - Nice deal, imo).

2. On the 50FS3850 model, what's the input lag? Is it like 2 or 3 frames? An answer in milliseconds would be fine as well. All I've been able to find is a qualitative response: "It's slower than average," but how much slower is it? Will there be a noticeable lag between the time I press a button on my DualShock 4 and when the image shows up on the screen?

3. Finally, how sharp is the image on the 50FS3850 from about 9 feet away?

I have the 55" tcl Roku smart tv. I have only had to call them once, but I immediately was connected with a person that speaks English which was impressive to me. The quickly resolved my problem. I can't help you with your specific model questions, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another TCL television.
