"My Deal Alerts" expire immediately after "Resume Deal Alert"

How long do "My Deal Alerts" stay active. They expire for me with minutes, and sometimes even seconds after I activate them with the "Resume Deal Alert" button. Any idea why they are expiring so quickly, or how I can get them to stay longer or until I cancel them?

Hi birklee,

Are you using the Redesign or Classic version of the site?

Also, this generally indicates that your keyword is malformed. We auto-disable malformed alerts that have no chance of success.

Can you post which keyword you are adding the alert(s) for?

I'm viewing Slickdeals in a Safari web browser running on a Mac. I'm not sure if it's the Classic or Redesigned site. How can I tell?

Here are some examples of keywords that I'm using:
laminator, Neato, zero, NAS Drive

The exact same thing has been happening to me repeatedly for the last few months. I have all but given up. Which is sad as they are so useful. I have 13 alerts, all of which immediately expire after resume on the redesigned site. I have tried deleting and re-creating some of the alerts, but to no avail.
