65EF9500 OLED - Need the best deal of course!

UMRP is supposedly 4999, but I am very skeptical.

Anyone have any strategies, coupons, or discounts to get that down to about 3999 or better? I think that is a reasonable target, preference is going to be best buy, microcenter, or hhgreg to make a local purchase but I have no problem going online either. I've already reached out to the other major authorized guys for price quotes which I'm betting will be in the 4500-4700 shipped range. (or 4999 with 300 worth of "stuff" included)

I am aware the new 2016 models are due soon, but I have a shattered lcd panel sitting in my basement now, not two-four months from now when the logical comparison model is going to hit the shelves.

Heck I could even drive a few hours to pick up the set. No worries if it is a local deal anywhere in the mid atlantic from ny to nc.

Joes is based in the epicenter of shady dealers with a nonexistent storefront. The reviews consist of thousands of misspelled "I Got servize grate" 5 stars and one star "I ordered, then they called me and said it wasn't in stock, but they could still get it if I bought this package blah blah blah"

Basically what seem to be respectable reviews paint it as a full on scam shop. I'm sure SOME people have gotten a few items from them, but the vast majority are stuck with non functional grey market non-warrantied items.

Abe's on the other hand.. thats definitely a start Smilie Thanks! - Correction... nope, they are not an authorized dealer. Warranty is void after purchase. I know they would actually ship the unit (though the "in stock" is always a bit suspicious) on something this expensive a real warranty is a requirement.
