i've been taking the NOW Foods Whey Protein Isolate for a year now and it's the unflavored one. thinking to switch to something else so i checked labdoor.com

https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein

was going to get the myprotein brand.. but i recall reading on SD that myprotein brand is crap.

i'm an avid cyclist that is looking to build up some legs, core, back muscles. so i prefer whey protein isolates that doesn't have fillers; not sure if that exists.

what would you guys recommend? unflavored is ok with me... Smilie thanks!

I'd get the myprotein brand. That's quality stuff. The only thing that brand is missing is amino acids in their protein (BCAA's), but I buy that separate and mix it in.
