Editor's Notes & Price Research

Written by Randy71

Factory seconds may have minor cosmetic imperfection, scratches and/or dents. All-Clad makes very high-quality cookware, which is designed to last a lifetime with proper care.

All-Clad is doing another Factory Seconds sale starting on Monday 3/14 9am (ET) and goes until Wednesday 3/16 9am (ET), free shipping on all orders. The last one back in January was FP and many popular pieces sold out. I ordered some last time and they were amazing. Here is the link.

Is your husband a metallurgist and chemist and does he also have access to everyone's personal situation? No. I don't deny his comment that good cookware can't make a person a better cook; however, better cookware can make a person a less crappy cook. As for copper or clad pans being a 'gimmick,' I don't know where to begin. Sure, as the quantity of layers increase, their respective functionality generally decreases...but denying their potential impact without research and testing is illogical. Check out centurylife.org testing and reviews to see how a thinking person approaches cookware.
Also, I like your claim to authority. It reminds me of kids saying "well, my daddy is a fillintheblank, therefore whatever I say must be relevant and right."

Never mind, I just saw that it says pass code will be posted on the 14th. I didn't get in on the last one. Do they just post the code on the site?

First line on the page "The products which are for sale on this site are FACTORY SECONDS. They have minor cosmetic scratches and/or dents. There are no defects which will affect the cookware's performance. They might not have engravings."

For people who enjoy cooking and consider it a serious hobby, then you want to get on this deal. This is a great way to build a collection one by one that will last you a lifetime. I have bought 3 things from this sale in he past and I don't see the "second imperfections" on them.

So if you enjoy cooking, its a slickdeal.
IF you don't enjoy cooking, don't waste your money. It will help you like cooking or get you to cook better

I thought I got a really good deal on a pot until I opened the box and it saw it had a sticker price that was twenty dollars cheaper.EEK! I called them and they did not adjust it. It kind of pissed me off.

Like a lot of sales, some of the deals are better than others. But they were all good and it was FP.
