Android tablet or smartphone with dual band wifi (5 GHz 802.11n and 5 GHz 802.11ac)

Hello folks,
I'm looking for an inexpensive tablet or smartphone with dual band wifi (5 GHz 802.11n and 5 GHz 802.11ac). It's going to be used for low-intensity browsing and youtube, so a high-end processor or display are not required. Low display resolution is okay as well. Constraints:

- if it's a smartphone, in the $30-$75 range
- if it's a tablet, I could go a bit higher, perhaps upto $110
- It's got to be a well known, established, and reasonably common manufacturer. i.e., like LG, Samsung, Motorola, Asus, Acer, etc.

I seem to be able to find a lot of recently released excellent smartphones and tablets for great prices, but none of them seem to have dual band. Eg: Motorola Moto E ($30), LG Tribute 2 ($40), Acer Iconia B1-750 ($50 today at Fry's).

Any tips on how I can quickly even narrow down the inexpensive models with dual band?

Thanks in advance!

You say dual-band, but you only mention 5 GHz.

Not sure if Insignia qualifies as a well known brand, but I've had the Flex 8 for 6+ months with no issues.

I don't know if it supports 5 GHz 802.11ac.....I don't have access to any "ac" networks, but it does support 802.11n at 5 GHz.

For $80 it's been a good tablet. I actually got it for $30 back when they had the $50 trade-in deal, so I really can't complain.
