The Savings Catcher is more intended for grocery store price matching. I believe they introduced this program to respond to the people who bring 10 fliers into walmart and take an hour to price match every item in their cart. It is worth looking at. You can use the Wal-Mart app and scan all of your receipt, it takes 30 seconds and maybe get you a couple of bucks back on a Wally "eGiftCard".
You may be thinking of the Christmas Price Guarantee[walmart.com] where if you find something cheaper at another store from Nov 1 - Dec 25 then they will refund you the difference on a Wally gift card.
For this case where you just found a lower price at Walmart, surely their normal low price guarantee / price adjustment policy would apply.
Thanks for all the help. I did try Savings Catcher and they didn't find a lower price on anything on the receipt because they were searching other stores. I submitted a question with the link to the lower price on Walmart.com so we shall see. Looks like making a trip to the store might be my best bet at this point!
There is a $2/1 Armor-All Car Care kit on C.C. I printed two and got two kits tonight. The coupons do NOT scan. They come up in the system as "does not match item". Coupon has picture of said item AND says "available at Walmart".
Some people need a sympathetic pat on the head ... with a hammer.
Also.. the CSM who was giving me such a hard time, somehow got fired (And No, I swear I didn't have anything to do with it).
Never really understand that sentiment. If WMT employed that person it is because they needed a person (not out of some random charity case) so it's basically a net zero for humanity if the person gets fired in that he/she gets fired and then WMT hires somebody else. There's no reason to feel terribly bad about being connected to a person that is bad at their job (and in most cases and obstinate jerk) losing their job in those situations. Sure it sucks for that person and if WMT was never going to hire anyone else to "fill that spot" it would be bad, but there is somebody unemployed somewhere that will have that job now. And maybe that person gives half of a poop sammich about their job.
Jumping in with a quick question, haven't been online for several months. Is anyone finding the $3 Coty perfumes in their stores??? Mine locally aren't carrying them, and I have a stack of $4/1 MQs (peelies left from last year, exp. 12/31/14)
