Apple 5c screen

Can someone recommend me with a link a decent screen/LCD for iPhone 5c for under $50? Too many out there and reviews are good and bad for all of them.

Not under $50, but ifixit's always a good option.

of $10 more you can get a version that includes more of the connected parts for easier installation:

Thanks - I ended up getting the one below. This is for a friend's daughter. Her phone was also dropped in the sand and a wave washed over it. Since then the phone works except she cannot be heard when she makes a call. Not sure if opening it up and replacing the broken screen will fix that issue but they are willing to pay $40 to find out.

Doubtful, screen doesn't contain a microphone. On nearly all phones there are multiple microphones to do noise cancellation.

I was thinking more the "opening it up" would fix it.

My bet would still be on no. If it's recent maybe if you did it while you could still drip water out but even then I have my doubts.

Ocean? Salt water? Don't waste your time or money - it's going to be completely non-functional within 2 weeks as it corrodes.

OK - Screen is replaced and the bottom microphone still doesn't work. Oh well. The phone is able to be used with the speaker phone which she said she could not do before. I looked a bit and could not find anywhere that said how to replace the bottom mic. I think the bottom is what got wet with saltwater. If anyone knows how to replace it and can point me to a link I'd appreciate it.

It's this assembly guide linked on same page: https://www.ifixit.com/Store/iPho...F126-010-1

My earlier link got cut off by sd and didn't filter the mic parts.

Thanks!

The problem I have with iCracked/iFixit is not that it is a ripoff, it is the extent that it is a ripoff. It is 5x as much as any other brand. I will buy the $5 one.

It still helps for guides and identifying parts / tools you may need.
