Unfriendly SD

I need to contact the "slickdeal verified" user Freedompop for help with my account. But I can't submit a PM with my account email. Is this a protection feature or have I violated some rules and been PM banned?

Even email AT xyz DOT com doens't work. Confused

New members accounts have limited functionality. Also, If you were trying to PM using a link, it will not go through.

Doesn't "slickdeal verified" means the receiving user have more privileges? So I buy something from SD and something goes wrong, even though help was offered, I can't sent my account info. How nice.

I meant the newer user has limitations, not the older account.

HI,
You are limited to how many PMs you can send or receive. Once you receive one you will need to clear if from your inbox before you can send another.
And as finzz mentioned links don't work in PMs.
