Cell Phone Clock 2 minutes Slow

I'm with AT&T, turned off and re-started a few times but for some reason it's not in sync with the rest of the world. I've never seen this.

As a test try power cycling again when you're somewhere else 10+ miles away. You can call 611 if you want but don't be surprised if it takes as long a a week to fix.

I've seen towers in a particular area be out of sync by up to a few minutes occasionally. It used to happen a lot more.

In the short term, you can always turn off the network time sync (varies from phone to phone, but should be somewhere around settings->date and time->automatic date and time).

Alternatively, if that setting is currently disabled, that's your problem.

OP should sue at&t. Someone could get killed because of 2 minutes late.
