I have this model, and the one thing I want to point out, is that is forgets the date and time if you leave it unpowered for about 2-3 days. So if you're not driving your car everyday, you'll be setting the clock pretty often. For this reason I'm debating selling mine and getting the battery version
That second one linked with two cameras looks like they're only 640x480. So, video quality on each will be like a really old cell phone, webcam, or security cam. The OP's has 1080p, which will give you a heck of a lot more quality for your dollar.
On the highest quality, it stores about 5 hours on a 32GB card.

Hmm, about how long can one drive for, recording? Only storage info I see is a 32gb SD card. Doesn't seem like that's a long time to run and store data.

32gb is actually, depending on compression, quiet a lot of space/recording time

I kind of like the look of this one [everbuying.net] more - 2 cams, one front one rear for $3 more.

The devil's in the details though, who knows how it will really work. For $43 though I might try one.

***edit***
ok, I bought it - I used coupon code EBNET16 for 23% off (works sitewide) and paid a total of $42.07 shipped via paypal. says all the right things, record while charging, motion detect, gps - we'll see...

Pretty good price for a well rated "budget" dashcam. In 4 one. Been looking for a while with as much driving as I do.

Is this one genuine? I keep hearing about all the fake copy cats, even on Amazon. How can one tell?
