Food Lion ( Ad + Coupon Matchups )

I bought some and had no problem using the flip.

The coupon says one printer per customer. HOWEVER it further states one use per person,per transaction, per day etc. They are trying to cover all the bases. So if you have a few different MVP cards(and their is no rule against it) you could use them seperately. I would suggest different stores unless you want to argue with Coupon Nazi's.
I have noticed that in my little podunk area our FL cashiers are really scrutinizing the coupons, or at least attempting to. I guess FL wants to crack down on multiple uses or whatever but frankly they don't word their coupons accurately to ensure this.
I noticed yesterday that the vegetable Flip didn't scan and had to be manually entered. It is also useful on the steamable FL veggies in bags (like steamfresh).

My Food Lion is not very with it. I had a cashier tell me that they don't take internet printables a couple weeks ago but she scanned it and it went through. I just wish they could all get on the same page when it comes to coupons. But I wish that for all the stores not just Food Lion.

Why are they doing this? It is not like FL gets that much business in the first place..The parking lot is ALWAYS empty, and very rarely do they need more than one cashier at a time...I mean you can count on one (sometimes two) hands how many customers are in the store at one time...You would think they would be greatful for the business they can get out of these deals..I mean, nine times out of ten I wind up getting more than I go in the store for...so in the long run, I wind up spending my savings there anyway...

Hey is their a FL in Jamestown do you know? It doesn't take me but maybe 10 more minutes or so to go to Walmart in Jamestown vs Walmart in Crossville..so if there is one, I may start hitting FL in Jamestown..The thing is, I pass FL in Crossville every day when I go to work...wonder if DH comes across any on his way to work..I need to ask him..

I don't have multiple MVP's but you know what? I am going to get one for everyone in my house now that they are starting this garbage!

Most of the teens come in around 4, so that will be perfect.

URGH Why can't the baby flips still be good?

Would love the $1.50 off pampers diapers flip but it exp. the 30th of June and the FL site says new ones won't be up till Aug. 1st.

For all you perverts that still have Cool Whip left, here's a quick easy recipe even I can make:

1 tub of Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small (4oz I think) plastic container lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie crust (not deep dish unless you double up the filling)

Use a hand mixer to combine Cool whip, milk, & lemon juice.
Spread evenly into pie crust & refrigerate until it sets up.

The pie should be ready in a few hours, but personally I like it better after its chilled a couple of days and the crust starts to get soggy. I'll even eat it without the crust. I haven't done so yet, but I want to try this and use pineapple juice instead of lemon.
