Seems to be the lowest price in a while. Digital download.

For 4 dollars why not. Received code in minutes after verifying phone number with cdkeys (1st order with them) Game code was valid. Thanks!

Was going to purchase but good thing I checked on xboxlive.com first. Looks like it was a free back in July.

I didn't think I'd see the day where sales on Xbox and Playstation digital downloads would rival or even beat Steam (or PC more generally) sales. I realize this is an older game but I hope we'll continue to see solid deals on console digital downloads, even if they aren't solely from "official" sources.

Free? You mean Games w/ Gold? If so that was probably the 360 version, which this is not.
*edit. Nope you are right, was Xbox One version. I apparently I already own it. lol

Started it on PC way back in the day. Got about 1/2 way through the story then my save file corrupted. Tempted because I want to finish it, but don't want to replay the 40% i already played. Currently playing Unity from the newegg free with MIR deal (still waiting on my MIR).

Thanks for this. Picked it up for $4. Received code instantly after verifying code on phone by text message. I picked up unity for $7 a bit ago so i've been waiting for black flag to drop so i could play this first.

Huge difference between the 360 and Xbox One versions? I have the 360 version still shrinkwrapped.

correct me if I'm wrong but do you guys mean that if I had Xbox live gold at the time, regardless of whether I actually 'purchased' the games with gold deal or not, I can today still get those games from the past?

I can't say for Xbox, but I played both for PS3 and PS4 and the difference was strictly graphics. For $4, not a bad buy if you would play the game again but don't expect a new experience.
