Seems very likely. I was unable to get it again on my own account after buying two during the last two deals (received same error message). My GF was able to under hers, however (she only got one last time).

When I clicked earlier, I saw it was 2/person, but it now looks like it's been changed to 1/person.

Man, they have blocked all of my current accounts. I just created a new one and the purchase didn't go through either. I think they've blocked my billing address.

How do you change the quantity?

Says "two per account" but only let me buy one - trying to order another I got an error.

I have three Groupon accounts. I was only allowed to purchase two during the last deal (one each on two accounts), and the purchase wouldn't work on the third account (this is typical). This evening, I bought one with my third Groupon account.
