I am a single father of 3 looking for the best method to find grocery deals. Does anyone have a site, app, or method they use to get good deals?
Thanks

Groceries are very much a local thing. You can find deals on the non-perishable stuff like cleaning supplies, detergent, bath products, toilet paper, paper towels, baby products, etc. online from various places like Amazon, Staples, Jet, etc. Same for some food items like canned goods (sometimes), boxed products like cereal, coffee, cookies, candy, etc.

For the actual meat, fruit, vegetables, milk type stuff you basically have to comparison shop locally and\or use coupons. There are threads here on Slickdeals for each of the major stores like Stop and Shop and Shop Rite. It also depends obviously on how much you buy, whether you eat a lot of meat, whether you buy from specialty food stores, butchers, etc. Not really a whole lot you can do about those sort of things.

using coupons really helps. you can print from coupons.com and/or pick up a Sunday paper with the coupon inserts. you should check the Target forum, there are some amazing deals
