I not really understand your question about "can not see it online". You meant that you can't find your physical card # online?????
Anyway, when i loaded my QRs, I entered the # of my physical card (on the abby's website). When I logged in the L2C acct , my Wellness+ number showed a different # than the physical card #, but the QRs were exactly what I had loaded. And after I redeemed, the website reflected exactly what had happened. Hope I answered your question.
Yes, that's exactly what I was asking, thanks! My experience is different. I know that my physical card is connected to my online (different) number because I only recently registered it. I've loaded QRs to my physical card number, but when I go online nothing is there. Zip, zilch, nothing. So I don't know if something's expired or what, I have to hope I remember.... not an easy feat! So, thanks again.

One of two things has happened, both of which happened to me.
* You may have reloaded and not realized it. Took me awhile to figure out that when I change my # on the Wellness+ tab and click "submit" it loads the Q that's open.
* The Q may have expired. I know this happened to one of my cards. Not sure exactly how it happened but I tried to reload, told me I had loaded it, and tried to purchase the item but no QR came off.
If you can see your Qs online you will be able to tell if it's expired. (I can't.)

Thank you for being helpful! I should have been a little more specific -- I was asking the person who had a different card online from her hard-copy card. That's my situation, and I cannot see them online. I was wondering if anyone else in my boat had found a solution. But I really appreciate your helpfulness, it's nice to see positivity!.
My card numbers don't really match either...
When I log-in to L2C, there are the 3 tabs (can't recall the names at the moment). For me, with the first 2 tabs the card numbers with those screens do NOT match my physical card.
I have rarely had any L2C coupons work for me.
On the last tab, the screen card number and my physical number match.
It's so odd. But in my case, I have been able to see the QRs under the last tab (RA coupons) and then under redeemed or expired perhaps because these numbers do indeed match.
Also, when I use the QRs, I have only submitted my physical card number so far.
Not sure if this helps at all but I definitely in the same lake, if not in the same boat

By the way, I tried out the QR's on the expensive CoQ10's today, and only 2 QR's, albeit the expensive ones, came off, not all 5 like I had happen previously. I'm still pretty happy with it though. But I guess they fixed it to only give one per item?
