The flow rate is too slow to regularly water with. Better to use some gallon milk containers with small holes in the bottom. Fill the containers and set then next to the plans you need to water, and they will slowly release the water so that it soaks into the soil rather than running off. Another option is to just buy a flower watering can.

If you plan to be in your home for a while, install a drip irrigation system.

good deal, got one of these last week for $5, but they have been out online..


half the price of same product at HD, etc and half the price of the cheapest 1 gallon sprayer at Lowes

Looks like a deal. Can anyone comment on using this to water flowers regularly? Our first time gardening this year and our outside hose is in an inconvenient location to water the plants regularly.

It would work but it's only a gallon, so it will go empty pretty quickly.

since I got one now, can someone tell me what all I can use this for? My primary goal was to use for weed killer and then fertilizer in my backyard. but some one used this for cleaning and other stuff. Thank you in advance

this is the cheapest I've seen. I think sears had them for 5.99 or so and maybe menards last yr
