How to Get the Perpetual Free Plan During the Member+ Exclusive Period
The Perpetual Plan is available during the Member+ Exclusive time frame only for the following:
1) Newly activated lines on Member+ (i.e., via Truly Free 2 route)(Please see "If You Don't Have a Plan Yet" below), or
2) Additional new lines activated on Perpetual on accounts which have already one or more Member+ lines on the same account. Those lines don’t need a Member+ subscription and can piggyback on existing Member+ subscriptions on a 1 to 1 ratio. So, one additional new line per Member+ line on the same account.
**Please note there are no upgrades available. For additional clarity, the Perpetual Free Plan requires a new line activation, and a Member+ subscription.
Lifetime Member+ Financing
A Lifetime Financing Add On for Member+ is available. The cost is $19.99 for 8 consecutive months. Meaning you have to pay the Lifetime Member+ fee for 8 months in a row to gain Lifetime status. If you don’t pay for a month you will lose the Member+ status and your account will be change to the Truly Free 2 plan (from which you may upgrade to any other plan available at that time).
Short-term Member+ Subscriptions
If you want only short-term auto-renewing Member+ subscriptions (rather than lifetime), you can do that as well at the following rates (please note that you must keep your Member+ subscription to keep the benefits you got with your Member+ subscription, and if you cancel Member+ you will lose the benefits of Member+ including all plans and Add Ons you may have purchased during your Member+ subscription period):

What is Member+?
Member+ is a RingPlus Membership program that gives Members additional benefits. Benefits range from special pricing on wireless services to promotional pricing in the RingPlus store for items sold by sponsors and RingPlus. The subscription is tied to a specific line, and is not transferrable.
How to Subscribe to Member+
You can get Member+ if you have any current plan. When you are signed in to your account, click "Add Ons". In Add Ons, you will see Member+ Add Ons. Select the Member+ subscription you want.
If You Don't Have a Plan Yet, you can sign up for the Truly Free 2 Plan, and add a credit card to your account. When you are signed in to your account, click "Add Ons". In Add Ons, you will see Member+ Add Ons. After you have Member+ you can go to your account and click on "Upgrade Plan". There you can select to change to this Plan (or any other available plan).
*Please note that Members need to maintain Member+ to keep their Member+ benefits (including these plans and any other Member+ benefits like specially priced data Add Ons). If you no longer have Member+, you will no longer have the benefits of Member+.
For example, let's say someone has Member+, and they got the Eternity Plan. Let's also say that their Member+ subscription expires on the 1st of next month, and they do not renew it. And let's also say that their Eternity Plan expires on the 7th of next month. In such a case, that Member would continue to have the Eternity Plan until the 7th of next month. On the 8th, their account would be automatically changed to the RingPlus default plan currently called Truly Free 2. That Member would then be able to change from Truly Free 2 to any available plan, and they could also subscribe to Member+ again to get access to the plans and benefits exclusively offered to Member+.
Additional Notices and Terms:
Due to the high demand of RingPlus Free Cell Plans and ultra low cost cell service, we have to implement some limitations with our wireless partners to handle the capacity.
Any time during the promo, you may see a message during the sign up process; “We are sorry, but the maximum capacity has been reached please try again within an hour.” This means RingPlus had to temporarily close for new subscriptions, and will re-open soon due to the volume we absorbed within that hour.

PLEASE READ ... Important Activation Notice Regarding Prepaid Phones referred to as FED = Financial Eligibility Date (sometimes people use FEC=Financial Eligibility Check) https://social.ringplus
Starting April 17, 2016, per our carrier partner Sprint, Members and potential Members will no longer be able to activate prepaid devices which are not eligible under Sprint's FED policies (explained below). Such prepaid devices will no longer pass FED until actual eligibility date is met. This is not a new Sprint policy. It is merely a system update to the Sprint system to comply with Sprint's existing FED policies, and to close the gap in the system that allowed such devices to pass FED and be activated on carriers other than those that originally sold the device ("originating carrier").
Starting 4/17, in order to activate a Sprint/Boost/Virgin prepaid phone with RingPlus, the phone must have been active with its original carrier for 12 months.
- Already activated phones are not affected because they will not trigger the rule.
- But if you deactivate a phone, you will trigger the rule when you (re)activate the phone.
- You will no longer be able to activate a new-in-box Sprint/Boost/Virgin prepaid phone (e.g., from Best Buy) with RingPlus.
- Upgrading a line to a different plan is NOT an activation, but swapping to an inactive phone will mean an FED check
