Fellow slickers, I found a reliable wireless company that offers the least expensive cell phone plans. It uses T-mobile networks. Company is backed by a Paypal co-founder. What is better is that they donate 10% to your favor non-profit organizations.

$14 (with autopay) - 1000 Voice, Unlimited Text, and 500 mb
$25 (with autropay) - Unlimited Voice and Text, and 2 gb
They also have $35, $40 and $60 plans with more data.

"Plans prices do not include state and local sales taxes, fees and surcharges, such as the Universal Service charge and an administrative charge of $1.00 may apply."

They must have just added T-Mobile for GSM support, because the U.S. MVNO wiki lists them as Sprint. I see they offer CDMA as well as GSM in their signup process.

Are the GSM and CDMA networks shared, more specifically can a nexus 5x work in a CDMA location?

I would bet all the money in my pockets that they're not. That doesn't seem like something that would be easy to do, and only Nexus phones would benefit. If it was the case, I'm sure someone would have written it up as a competitor to Google Fi.

Prepaid shouldn't charge anything but sales tax. I bet they add a bunch of BS fees.

Is this company use real VOICE call? or VOIP? Is this price for TPO's Sprint network, too? I have a good Ring+ plan right now, but too much voice delay when make or receive call.

Three phones on one Ring+ account; LG Volt(Sprint Prepaid), NEXUS 5, HTC 4G Design. All of the phone, when I make or receive call, there is some latency problem.

TPO's wireless network services are provided on the Nationwide Sprint® Network (“Network").* Sprint provides wireless service as the underlying network carrier only. TPO is responsible to our subscribers for this service.

Site says unlimited data but throttled after allotment. Activated GSM line yesterday to test and after allotment data doesn't work at all. Won't even load Google homepage.
