Dell rebate resubmission problem

This is my first time using Slickdeals and I am not impressed. I first submitted my rebate only to be denied because it was missing the SKU code. OK, I thought, I'll resubmit after figuring out the invoice needs to printed out from online because the laptop never came with an invoice. I printed it out and mailed it over 3 weeks ago and these guys are saying they never received it. The first rebate was received within 5 days, this has been 3 weeks. Either the US postal service messed up (not likely) or something fishy is going on. Now I'm being told its past the resubmital date - if don't receive my rebate I'm going to never buy from this site again and make damn sure no one else dies either.

I had the same sort of issues, but I just gave up. Won't trust the rebate crap on this site again

I got denied for the same reason and resubmitted after printing the "correct" invoice out from the hard to find location on Dells site.
