No removal battery i guess? Asus are known for non-removable batteries, bad (non-responsive) trackpads, loud fans, and no optical drives (but im surprised this 1 has one). I prefer laptops with removable battery bc they are easier to replace without removing 20 screws from the bottom and resetting the system clock in the bios. I never heard of this model or can find any reviews about it but the specs look great. If u dont care bout any of the things i mentioned above you can purchase it. Has very good specs from my POV.

It lists Item Weight as 6.5 pounds. Is this 5.1 lbs or 6.5lbs?

Wow great specs for the $500 price range, in for 1 for my Dad. Non removable battery is a negative but in my opinion the specs outweigh it. Thanks OP!

I have the i3 model. Non-removable battery, fan noise is not quiet but bearable, and trackpad sucks. I use a trackball instead and I'm happy with the laptop.
