Is there a warranty through this seller? What type of panel is this? I'm looking for something to use with Lightroom among other things.

How does it compare to Costco Acer deal for $299?

Response time is 1ms GtG so I'd assume it's a TN panel.

I currently have a 27" IPS 2560x1440 monitor, but would this be considered an upgrade?

same here. i can't imagine increasing screen size 1" and adding 4k being a HUGE upgrade. especially going backwards from IPS to TN. i've been watching the 40" 4k TV's looking for good deal. the price for this is fantastic. if i had a 1080p screen i'd be all over it...

I have a 1GB Radeon HD7770. Is it good enough for this monitor?

Yes, aslong as it has a display port.

This is a solid monitor, I got it when it hit the front page last time it was live. It's got the best TN panel I have ever seen. Teksyndicate did a review on it on YouTube if you guys want to take a look. The only issue is you're gonna need a adapter for USA outlets for the monitor, this comes with a Korean one unless they changed it. It only costs a couple bucks on ebay/amazon.

Got this the last time it hit the front page and am astounded by how good it is. As pkryan1 said check out this video:

Overall, its pretty great, I even dig the design/logo.

Wanting to buy, but really think I'd enjoy an Ultra wide display instead.. currently using 2 24" 1080p and a 21.5" 1080p (21.5" in middle) Hmm..
