New LG-H791 Google Nexus 5X 32GB Unlocked GSM 4G LTE 5.2" Hexa-Core Smartphone

Google Nexus 5X [dailysteals.com]

Didnt see this posted. Pretty good price for the 32GB variant(slightly more than the expired deal of $250 from ebay).

Per the description - This phone model is the international version, which comes with an EU charger. We've included a charger adapter for US chargers.

Agree, lack of band 12 is a deal breaker for T-mobile in 2016. In my area your coverage is greatly compromised without it.

I should remember this point about the Band 12. I miss it everytime.

Pretty soon the LTE-U is going to be the defining spec to have.

isn't the 5x one of the few units to use on project fi? I didn't know there was a 5x model without band 12....

The international version has completely different radio specs than the US version. It's missing band 12, so T-Mobile coverage is crippled, and it won't work on Verizon or Sprint at all like the US version will.

So, basically, it's fine for AT&T but that's about it.

Wifi calling just requires wifi. Band 12 is the 700MHz LTE band that T-Mobile is rolling out which penetrates better into buildings due to its lower frequency compared to the 2100Mhz and 1900Mhz bands that T-Mobile usually has.
