I have no idea how they taste. And it's certainly not the cleanest ingredients for a protein bar. But it has a 4 and half star rating on Amazon.

These bars aren't bad. Kinda have a chemical flavor to them from the sugar alcohols though. Certainly aren't that filling for the 200 calories...

ya, these things make me hungrier. I think it's the sugar alcohol.

This flavor tastes the most chemical. The coconut flavor does nothing to mask it. I find the caramel bars to have no chemical taste to them at all.

Damn, the size of the ingredients list, though!

Cheapest quality you will find pretty much. You get what you pay for. In this case, soy protein and a bunch of crap.

I haven't had this flavor but I do like these bars. I eat them for breakfast sometimes and it keeps me full for 3-4 hrs. Peanut butter Carmel is the best flavor imo.

The soy protein in ingredient list scares many people. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with soy?

In for 5. Used a $10 target GC and my RedCard for an extra 5% off. Plus no tax in CA and did free store pickup. How can you go wrong for 55 cents a bar? I've had the other pure protein bars and they are all fine. You guys are tripping out about the ingredients for no reason...

You can research, starting with the google search "Soy and Hexane"

Enough to keep me away
